Use our unique Telehealth "virtual office" services that are designed to mimic a waiting room at a clinic. It's a HIPAA compliant secure connection that works with your phone, tablet, or laptop. You do not need to download any software. Simply follow the link(s) on the telehealth page.
Insight Behavioral Heath Associates has a "patient portal" for our patients to exchange information, sign documents, see labs, medications, and other information. (Note: the patient portal is only available if you consent to have electronic communications. Our consents are collected during your first in-person/in-office visit or, may be securely and easily collected through our "virtual waiting room". After you give consent, we will send you an email with your ID and a temporary password for your first log-in)

is a legal disclosure of our privacy practices concerning your privacy rights and how we may use your protected health information for certain purposes, such as for obtaining payment for services (such as with insurance claims or other benefits). It also describes our responsibilities - and how to resolve complaints or concerns.
was enacted December of 2021 and became law January 1, 2022. The NSA notice is to ensure that there are no surprises in patients receiving a bill - but also requires us, if you pay privately, to have you sign a "surprise billing protection form" that describes that you may be paying more for your healthcare (because you are not using insurance) and further, that you forfeit your right to bill your insurance carrier later - if you elect to pay for services out of pocket now.
This document is an expanded release of information form specific to Insight Behavioral Health Associates. It is more comprehensive than a standard Release of information because of the enhanced privacy restrictions on mental health, substance abuse, and psychotherapy records. It allows you to give us permission to share information or records with another provider, organization, or person. Only with your permission - this should be used by other providers if they are seeking information about you from Insight Behavioral Health Associates.
